健診異常にて発見され典型的なCT所見を呈した肺吸虫症の1例

A case of pleuropulmonary and peritoneal paragonimiasis detected on a medical checkup

肺吸虫症は肺病変を呈する代表的な寄生虫症であり，近年においても全国で散発的な発生がみられている。典型例ではCT所見や臨床情報から鑑別の念頭に置くことで，その後の診断・治療に寄与することができる。今回我々は肺吸虫症に特徴的な肺の虫道形成（worm migration track）や腹腔内腫瘤を呈した1例を経験したため，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Paragonimiasis occurs primarily in Asia, Africa, and the Americas, and has been observed throughout Japan even recently. We report a typical case of a 24-year-old man presented pleuropulmonary and peritoneal paragonimiasis detected on a medical checkup. Although paragonimiasis is easy to diagnose in typical cases, there are many reports of atypical findings in the literature. Even in such cases, listing the disease as a differential diagnosis may help avoid unnecessary surgical treatment.
