後腹膜原発悪性triton腫瘍の1例

A case of retroperitoneal malignant triton tumor

悪性triton腫瘍は悪性末梢神経鞘腫瘍のまれな亜型で，一部の細胞が横紋筋肉腫へと分化した腫瘍と定義される。悪性末梢神経鞘腫瘍と比較し予後は不良である。神経線維腫症1型との関連が指摘されているが，孤発例も存在し，本症例では孤発例であった。今回経験した1例に，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Malignant triton tumor（MTT）is a rare subtype of malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor characterized histopathologically by focal rhabdomyosarcomatous differentiation. We report a case of a 30s-year-old patient with the chief complaint of back pain. Dynamic contrast-enhanced CT demonstrated a hypoattenuating and poorly enhanced mass in the left retroperitoneum. The tumor was resected and immunohistochemical staining showing nerve sheath differentiation with rhabdomyoblastic cells, compatible with MTT.
