骨盤腔内に発生した後腹膜原発悪性triton腫瘍の1例

A case of retroperitoneal malignant triton tumor in pelvic cavity

悪性triton腫瘍（malignant triton tumor：MTT）とは，悪性末梢神経鞘腫（malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor：MPNST）のまれな亜系であり，一部が横紋筋芽細胞に分化した腫瘍である。神経線維腫症1型（NF1）に併発するものと，孤発例が存在する。今回，骨盤腔内に発生した孤発例の1例を経験したため，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Malignant triton tumor（MTT）is a malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor with rhabdomyoblastic differentiation, often associated with neurofibromatosis type 1. We report a sporadic case of a 70 s-year-old patient. Contrast-enhanced CT shows heterogeneous hyperattenuating mass in pelvic cavity. Histopathologically and immunohistochemically, the tumor was diagnosed as MTT.
