初期調査活動の実際と今後の課題

Early Assessment of Post Disaster Nursing

　災害看護ニーズ初期調査活動は、自然災害あるいは人的災害が発生した場合、直接現地に赴き、看護ニーズを明らかにすることを積み重ねていくことの重要性を感じ、スタートした活動である。その上で災害支援の拠点づくりをめざし、ネットワークの確立をすることをねらいとしている。災害時、看護として何ができるのか。実際の看護実践の中から得られた知識を体系的に情報収集することによって、明らかにしていきたい。そこで、本稿では、我々の考える初期調査項目の内容を提示し、実際の活動と今後の課題とを提示する。

　We started early assessment activities of Post disaster nursing care needs. We aim to establish footholds of post disaster support and network because we felt it is important to clarify nursing needs when we went to the field in case of natural disasters or man-made disasters. We will clarify what kind of nursing should be done in the post disaster by gathering information systematically with acutual nursing practices.

　Therefore, I will present our concept of an early assessment of post disaster nursing and issues in future.
