はじめに
日常診療において，肩こりや後頸部痛を主訴に来院する患者を診る機会は多い．もちろん，交通外傷の直後に受診する患者の場合には外傷性の痛みとして病態の把握に努めることになるが，これといった外傷もなく後頸部痛が発症する例も多い．本稿では，後頸部痛を訴えて来院した患者の診断をどのように進めるか概説する．
