腹腔鏡下消化管手術における癒着防止材セプラフイルム®使用法の工夫

Tips for usage of adhesion prevention agent Seprafilm® in laparoscopic abdominal surgery

　腹腔鏡下手術は低侵襲性で癒着が少ないと言われているが，大腸癌手術で術後イレウスが7.3％との報告もあり，さらなる癒着防止の必要性がある．ヒアルロン酸（sodium hyaluronate）をベースとしたセプラフィルム^®の開腹術後の癒着防止効果については多くの報告があるが，その物性上，腹腔鏡下手術への応用が困難であると考えられていた．今回，簡便な操作でそれを可能にする方法を考案したので紹介するとともに，臨床での使用実績についても言及した．

It is considered that laparoscopic surgeries are less invasive, and have a lower incidence and magnitude of post-operative adhesions. However, the incidence of postoperative ileus is reported as high as 7.3% following laparoscopic colorectal surgeries, therefore, further anti-adhesion treatments are needed. Seprafilm^® is a hyaluronic acid based anti-adhesion membrane.
