腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術後のQOL—直接アンケート

Assessment of Quality of Life following Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy:Using a Return Post Card Questionnaire

　長崎内視鏡外科研究会の関連13施設において，1994年1月から1995年12月の2年間に，胆嚢結石症に対して，腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術（以下，LC）723例，開腹胆嚢摘出術（以下，OC）199例が施行された．LCとOCの合併症率に差はなかった．このうち，1998年11月，往復ハガキによる直接アンケートの回答が計67.8％得られ，LC群476例，OC群149例として解析した．OC群の平均年齢が有意に高いほか，炎症の程度など両群問にバイアスがあり，単純な比較はできないが，QOLは術後3〜4年経過した時点ではLC群で良好な傾向であるが，明らかな差ではなかった．一方，特に手術に対する満足度は，LC群で良好であった．総合的に，LCは推奨できる方法と考えられる．

In 13 allied hospitals of the Nagasaki endoscopic surgery comittee, laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) and open cholecystectomy (OC) were performed for 723 patients and 199 patients with cholecystolithiasis from 1994 to 1995, respectively. No significant difference was seen in morbidity of these LC series between OC series. Eligible patients who answered the return post card questionnaire at October in 1998 were 67.8 percent in these series and divided into 476 of LC group and 149 of OC group.
