鼻副鼻腔悪性黒色腫の集学的治療—とくにDTIC療法について

Multidisciplinary Treatment for Malignant Mela-noma of the Nose and Paranasal Sinuses: With Special Reference to Effect and Side Effect of Dimethyl Triazeno Imidazole Carboxamide (DTIC)

I．はじめに

　著者らが鼻副鼻腔悪性黒色腫に対して行っている集学的治療についてはBCG内服療法を中心にしてすでに報告した^1）。今回は抗癌剤DTIC（dimethyl triazeno imidazole carboxamide）を投与したさいの副作用を中心に検討し考察を加えて報告する。

　Multidisciplinary treatment with the combination of chemotherapy (DTIC) and other treatments was performed in eight patients with malignant melanoma of the nose and paranasal sinuses for 5 years and 7 months. Their mean survival time from the beginning of this treatment was 2 years and 6 months, and it was longer than that of six control cases which was 1 year and 10 months. In the survey of side effects of DTIC, nausea or vomitting was observed in all cases and vascular pain was in half cases. However, liver and renal disturbance were not found.
