鼻副鼻腔悪性黒色腫の2症例

Malignant Melanoma of Nasal Cavity and Paranasal Siuns:Report of Two Cases

　はじめに

　悪性黒色腫は，メラノサイトから発生する悪性腫瘍で，理論上メラノサイトが存在する部位であれば体中どこにでも発生する。一般には，皮膚原発のものがよく知られているが，鼻副鼻腔，口腔咽頭などの粘膜に発生する悪性黒色腫は，皮膚原発のものに比べ予後不良である。今回われわれは，鼻副鼻腔原発の悪性黒色腫を2例経験した。1例は外鼻錐体翻転術による腫瘍全摘出術および放射線治療，他の1例は，インターフェロンβの局所注射による保存的治療を行い，対照的な経過をたどったので報告する。

Two cases of malignant melanoma of mucosal origin were presented. The first case was a 72-year-old woman, in whom biopsy from her nasal tumor showed no cell containing melanin, but the dissected specimen demonstrated malignant melanoma. The second case was a 66-year-old woman suffered from left maxillary adenocarcinoma since she was 60 years old. After the diagnosis was made from the specimen obtained from her left middle nasal meatus, local injection of interferon β was perform-ed. The tumor has not been enlarged during the interferon treatment.
