条件詮索反射聴力測定装置の改良

SOME IMPROVEMENTS ON CONDITIONED ORIENTATION REFLEX AUDIOMETRY

　Ⅰ．緒言

　1960年，鈴木，荻場^1）2）3）により発表された条件詮索反射聴力測定法（COR-audiometry）により1歳以上3歳未満の乳幼児の純音聴力が容易に測定できるようになつた。

　本法はその後，多くの検討^{4）6）8）9）10）}がなされ簡便で妥当性普遍性に富む検査法とされているが，本法の欠点の一つとして適応年齢が満1歳以上であり，1歳未満児には使用しがたいという事があげられている。荻場^5）は適応年齢を8カ月まで引下げることのできる一つの変法を発表したが，これは視覚刺激として手動のガラガラを利用したものである。

　The apparatus for conditioned orientation re-flex audiometry is partly modified by addition of a colored disc in combination with colored electric bulbs which when soundlessly put into motion the devise may create an illusive pattern.

　Twenty two infants ranging from the age of 4 months to 1 year were examined with this gadget. Even at the early age of 4 to 5 months the number of response was quite considerable; above the age of 8 months the test was almost totally successful.
