嚥下障害を主訴とせるForestier氏病の1例

A CASE OF FORESTIER'S DISEASE WITH DYSPHAGIA

　Ⅰ．はじめに

　前縦走靱帯に骨性増殖を来たし，強直性脊椎関節炎様症状を呈するForestier氏病（Hyperostose ankylosante vertébrale sénile，Forestier et Rotes 1950）はまれに報告をみるが，とくに椎骨縁が異常に増殖し，その結果隣接器官に対し圧迫症状を呈せしめる例はきわめて少ないようである。著者は，嚥下障害を主訴として来院し，咽頭正中部の骨腫を疑がわしめた患者で，精査の結果頸椎椎骨縁の異常増殖を証明した本症の1例を経験したのでここに報告する。

　A case of Forestier's disease (Hyperostose ankylosante vertébrale sénile) is presented. The patient was a 61 year old woman complaining of dysphagia caused by a large osteoma-like tumor on the posterior wall of the mesopharynx. Roentgenological examinations revealed that the tumor was hyperostosis of cervical vertebrae (C₁ & C₂) accompanied by ossifications of the anterior and posterior vertebral ligaments.
