Forestier病の1症例について

A CASE REPORT ON FORESTIER'S DISEASE COMPLAINING DYSPHAGIA

　I．はじめに

　昨今，咽頭不快感，嚥下困難，嚥下障害を主訴として，耳鼻咽喉科を受診する患者は増加の傾向にある。その中には種々の疾患が含まれるが，今回筆者らは，食道造影，頸椎単純撮影等の検査より，頸椎前面の異常化骨増殖を起こしたいわゆるForesticr病により，頸部食道が圧迫され，嚥下困難を生じた1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A case of Forestire disease of a 66-year-old male complaining of dysphagia is reported. Severe ossihcation was observed at the front of cervical spine, and it could be the cause of dysphagia. No particular therapy was given to the patient. Nineteen cases in Tanan were reviewed and discussed.
