鼓室成形術後に見られた眩暈の症例

A SYMPTOM OF VERTIGO FOLLOWING TYMPANOPLASTY

　我々は，従来から平衡機能検査法の1つとして，加速度記録図（以下ARGと称する）を臨床的に応用することを研究してきたが，このたび鼓室成形術後にみられた眩暈の症例で興味ある所見を得たので報告する。

Persistent attacks of vertigo occurring post-operatively after tympanoplasty is considered by the authors to be a type of hystero-epile-psy in which the mental element becomes emphasized upon the initial vertigo which undoubtedly began with inflammatory involv-ement of the vestibular endolymph. In vesti-bular functional test the ordinary test show-ed only an abnormality in the recovery-phase but by A.G.R. test the nature of its real abnormality was revealed.
