最近，我々は先天性眼振と思われる症例を耳科的に検討し，興味ある所見を得たので，報告する。
Two cases of congenital nystagmus that occurred in the two brothers, one aged 25 and the other 16 are reported. The first case was typically pendulous nystagmus while the other was left horizontal in type.
These cases were considered as congenital because of the following reasons: Their pe-rsonal histories did not reveal any specific cause for the establishment of nystagmus. The family history revealed 4 siblings in whom 3 were affected with nystagmus.
The vestibular functional test in both cases showed hyperfunction; the results of static functional A R G test showed abnormalities.
By occular tests it was shown the nystag-mus was non-vestibula rin origin.
