最近，我々は耳真珠腫により，顔面神経麻痺と眩暈をおこした症例に，中耳根治手術ならびに迷路曠置術を行ない，眩暈を軽快せしめ，好結果を得たので報告する。
Aural cholesteatoma was the cause of facial paralysis and vertigo in a man, aged 56. Following radical mastoidectomy for removal of the tumor which in turn served to release undue pressure from the vestibular tract, the patient made a favorable recovery.
