単純性紫斑病の扁剔小験

　緒言

　扁桃が各種病巣感染症の原病集としての好条件を備えておることは周知のところで，しばしば炎症を繰返す慢性扁桃炎では，扁桃内に結合織で囲続された小膿瘍や，栓子・膿汁を蔵した腺窩があり，而もその周囲は血管とリンパ管に富むので，扁桃性病集感染の問題は独り我が科領域に止まらず，広く各領域から注目され，この方面の文献は実に枚挙に遑がない程であり，又病巣感染症も多種多様である。

　然るに，出血性素因が扁桃剔出術の一般的禁忌とされるためか，単純性紫斑病が皮膚科領域では病巣感染に由ると看做されているに拘わらず，本症治療としての扁剔術について，まとまつた報告は皆無のように思われる。

Recently it is believed that the etiology of purpura simplex is infectious in origin. The author report 7 cases of purpura simplex in whom tonsillectomy was performed for treat-ment. Four cases made a complate recovery ; 2 cases improved ; no change in 1 case. From the results of these cases the authors believe that the infections theory of this disease is to a certain extent confirmed and that there is no untoward effect in performing operations as long as they are carried out in the quies-cent stage of the disease.
