頭蓋底侵襲をきたした悪性口蓋内皮腫の1剖検例

　緒言

　従来，内皮腫は耳鼻科領域においては口蓋が好発部位で，一般に臨床的にはその発育が緩慢でありかつ再発並びに転移をおこすことも少いとされているが，最近，軟口蓋に原発した内皮腫が3回に亘る再発をおこしてついに頭蓋内に侵入し，脳神経麻痺をきたして死の転帰をとつた症例に遭遇し，幸に剖検する機会を得たのでここに報告する。

Kohsaka reports a case of endothelioma of the soft palate that made a rap d progress with production of ulceration. Treatments were followed with recurrences on three different occasions. Lastly the lesion was treated with irradiation which for a time appeared as though it was successful but the tumor finally invaded the cranial cavity that produced paralysis of various cranial nerves and the patient died.
