　難治性の求心路遮断痛は稀であると考えられているが実態は明らかでない。今回，脊髄損傷（1,418例），腕神経叢損傷（62例），四肢切断（371例），脳卒中（4,942例），外傷性脳損傷（752例）による求心路遮断痛の頻度，対処法についてアンケート調査を行った。難治性痔痛となっているのが，各原因疾患により1.5～9.7％（合計167例）と意外に多かったのに対し，脳神経外科的治療を受けたのは28例のみで，それも一定の治療方針はなかった。大半に施行されている薬物治療もとくに一定の成果は見出せず，難治性疼痛となった求心路遮断痛に対し，場当り的な対症療法のみが施行されていると思われた。

　現在の治療方針について，薬物治療から外科治療まで解説した。

Deafferentation pain seems to be rare, but its actual frequency and ongoing treatment has not been cleat In this time, the informations about deafferentation pain were obtained through questionnaire among the Departments of Rehabilitation in Rosai Hospitals. Today's strategy for deafferentation pains were discussed.

Original diseases are divided into 5 categories ; spinal cord injury (1,418 cases), brachial plexus injury (62 cases), amputation of extremities (371 cases), stroke (4,942 cases), and traumatic brain injury (752 cases).
