陰嚢内線維性偽腫瘍の1例

A CASE OF INTRASCROTAL FIBROUS PSEUDOTUMOR

　22歳，男性。無痛性右陰嚢内腫瘤を主訴に受診。触診上，陰嚢内に表面不整な直径4cm大の弾性硬の充実性腫瘤を認め，手術的に腫瘤摘出術を施行した。病理学的には，線維性偽腫瘍であった。本症例は文献上本邦25例目であり，精索より発生した6例目の線維性偽腫瘍と思われた。

The patient was a 25-year-old man with the complaint of swelling of the right scrotal contents for many years. An elastic hard, 4 cm-in size, irregular mas was felt in the right scrotum, which was apart from normally felt testicle and epididymis.

MRI showed enhance effect without necrotic change. Resected tumor was 30 grams in weight.

Pathological diagnosis of the tumor was a fibrous pseudotumor.

We reviewed and discussed 25 cases of fibrous pseudotumor, including our case.
