異所性精巣上体を伴った陰嚢内血管腫

Hemangioma Associated with Ectopic Epididymis of the Scrotum:A Case Report

　12歳の男子の陰嚢内に発生した腫瘤を血管腫の診断にて切除した。腫瘤は陰嚢内容とは離れた場所に位置しており，周囲との癒着もなかった。顕微鏡的にも動静脈型血管腫と診断されたが，この血管成分と接して，線毛を伴う円柱上皮により被覆される管状構造が認められ，異所性精巣上体を伴った血管腫と診断された。陰嚢内血管腫および異所性精巣上体はそれぞれ比較的稀な症例であり，国内，欧米の文献上でもこのような症例は見当たらない。

A 13-year-old boy consulted our department with a com-plaint of painless induration in the left scrotum.The tumor was elastic-hard by physical examination and consisted of cystic components with arterial and venous blood flow demonstrated by doppler ultrasonography, suggesting a scrotal subcutaneous hemangioma. These results prompted us to resect the tumor under spinal anesthesia. The patho-logical finding was remarkable showing a ductal structure mimicing epididymis was observed together with arterio-venous hemagioma.
