61歳，男性が無痛性の左陰嚢内腫瘤を主訴に受診した。左陰嚢内嚢胞状腫瘍と診断して手術を施行したところ，術後の病理診断は精巣傍体より発生した嚢腫であった。
A 61-year-old man presented complaining of painless left intrascrotal mass. Resection of left scrotal contents was performed under the diagnosis of left intrascrotal cystic tumor. Pathological diagnosis of the resected specimen was cystoma which was suspected to have originated from the paradidymis.
