陰嚢内の巨大線維性偽腫瘍

A CASE OF GIANT FIBROUS PSEUDOTUMOR OF THE INTRASCROTAL ORGAN

　症例は77歳男性。主訴は両側陰部腫脹。約30年前に高所より落下し陰部打撲の既往あり。陰嚢部に小児頭大の腫脹を認め手術的に腫瘤摘出術を施行した。精巣，精巣上体の温存は可能であった。病理学的には，線維性偽腫瘍であった。本症例は文献上，本邦13例目の陰嚢内線維性偽腫瘍であり，報告例中最も大きな腫瘤であった。

A case of giant fibrous pseudotumor originating from intrascrotal organ is presented. A 77-year-old man was admitted with a painless mass of intrascrotal lesion. Resection of the tumor 760 grams in weight, was perfor-med preserving both testis. Histological examination revealed fibrous pseudotumor. Our case seemed to be the 13th in the Japanese literature, arising from the testicular adnexae.

The clinical and histological findings of the tumor were discussed.
