13歳，男子．左陰嚢内腫瘤を主訴に来院．腫瘍摘除術を施行し，神経鞘腫と診断した．術後9ヵ月の現在再発の所見はない．本症例は世界で3例目と思われる．
A 13 years old male patient visited our hospital complaining of a left scrotal mass. The mass was surgically removed. Histologic examination of the mass revealed Schwannoma. No recurrence has been noticed for 9 months after surgery. This case is the third report of intrascrotal schwannoma to our knowledge.
