内シャント作成を困難にしているものは何か

Why is the A-V shunt difficult to operate? -The research of the relationship between the successful rate and the clinical background

　内シャント作成術は，近年，高齢者や糖尿病性腎症の増加により困難な症例も多い。そこで，今回我々は内シャント作成を困難にしている臨床的背景を検討するとともに，血圧，年齢，性別，糖尿病歴，HbA_1C，および糖尿病性網膜症の重症度において，手術成功群と再手術群とで比較検討した。年齢，性別，糖尿病歴，および糖尿病性網膜症の重症度において手術成績で有意差を認めた。

The blood access (A-V shunt etc) is mandatory for thehemodialysis therapy. The trouble of the blood accessleads to deficient of dialysis, affecting the prognosis. Recently, the trouble of A-V shunt is increasing, because the patients tend to be older and have more dia-betic nephropathy. In this study, we investigated therelationship between the successful rate of the opera-tion and the clinical background of hemodialysis patients.
