組織学的に腎細胞癌と鑑別が困難であった腎オンコサイトーマの1例

Renal oncocytoma which was histopathologically difficult to differentiate from renal cell carcinoma:A case report

　症例は，57歳，男性。左側腹部に腫瘤を認め近医を受診したところ，出血性腎嚢胞と診断され経過観察されていた。3年後腫瘤の増大を認めたため，CT,MRI，血管造影を施行，左腎腫瘍と診断されて当科へ紹介された。また膵尾部に結節性病変を認めたため，根治的左腎摘除術とともに膵体尾部切除と脾摘術を併せて施行した。病理組織学的に腎オンコサイトーマと膵グルカゴノーマと診断された。

A case of renal oncocytoma with pancreatic glucago-noma is reported. A 57-year-old man was admitted toour hospital with left renal tumor which had been previ-ously followed for a left hemorrhagic renal cyst. CT,MRI and angiography revealed a solitary and atypicaltumor 2 cm in a diameter in the hilus region and ananother tumor in the caudate region of pancreas. Leftnephrectomy, partial pancreatomy, and splenectomywere performed under the diagnosis of a left renal can-cer and the metastatic pancreatic tumor.
