59歳，男性が肉眼的血尿を主訴に受診した。尿道膀胱鏡検査では，前立腺部尿道に洞窟様の陥凹を認め，この部よりの出血であったと考えられた。経尿道的生検を行ったところ，前立腺結核が示唆された。尿中結核菌検査でも陽性であった。9か月間の抗結核療法により完治した。
A 59-year-old man consulted to our clinic complaining of gross hematuria. Urethrocystoscopy revealed a holl of prostatic urethra that was cause of gross hematuria. Biopsy specimen, resected transurethrally, of this lesion showed tuberculosis of the prostate. Mycobacterium tuberculosis was detected in urine. Intensive anti-tuberculosis therapy for 9 months led the prostatic lesion to disappear.
