患者は63歳，男性。咳嗽，微熱，体重減少のため近医を受診した。腹部超音波検査にて右腎腫瘍を指摘され，ひきつづいてCT,MRI，血管造影が施行された。血管造影所見により，腎周囲より発生した悪性線維性組織球腫または肉腫が疑われた。この腫瘍の手術を目的として当科に入院となった。根治的腎摘除術を行ったところ，術後の病理診断は腎より発生した悪性線維性組織球腫であった。
A 63-year-old man visited a nearby hospital complaining of cough, low grade fever and weight loss. Abdominal ultrasonography revealed right renal tumor but the findings of angiography showed malignant fibrous histiocytoma or sarcoma arised from perirenal region. He was referred to our hospital for the surgical treatment for this tumor. Right radical nephrectomy was done. Pathlogical diagnosis of the resected specimen was malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the kidney.
