世界で第3例目の前立腺癌の前部尿道転移例を報告した。患者は59歳，男性で尿道出血のため受診した。19か月前に前立腺の低分化型腺癌ため膀胱前立腺全摘除術を受けており，術後の病期はpT3N2MOであった。尿道鏡では数個の黄色の半球状腫瘤を認め，内視鏡下生検を行うと低分化型腺癌の組織診断であった。自験例での尿道転移の機序は，リンパ性逆行性播種であると考えられる。
We report the third case of prostatic adenocarcinoma metastatic to the anterior urethra. A 59-year-old man consulted our hospital complaining of urethral bleeding. Nineteen months before, he had undergone radical cysto-prostatectomy for poorly differentiated pT3N2M0 adeno-carcinoma of the prostate. Urethroscopy showed yellowish sessile tumors on the anterior urethra. An endoscopic biopsy of the tumors revealed poorly differentiated adeno-carcinoma. The mechanism of urethral metastasis of this case seems lymphatic dissemination in a retrograde man-ner.
