40歳女性が左腎の嚢胞状腫瘤の精査および治療のため受診した。この際，患者は左坐骨部痛を訴えていた。腹部CT，腎動脈造影，骨シンチなどの検査より，嚢胞状腎細胞癌の左坐骨転移と臨床診断した。当科受診前に他院で行われたCTをみると，腎細胞癌は自然破裂していたものと考えられた。術後の病理診断も腎細胞癌であった。
A 40-year-old woman with a complaint of left hip bone pain consulted our hospital for precise examination of cystic mass of left kidney. Left cystic renal cell carcinoma with hip bone metastasis was diagnosed on abdominal CT, renal arteriography and bone scintigram. The abdominal CT that was done at the other hospital before consulting our hospital showed a small portion of ruputured wall of the cystic renal mass. Pathological diagnosis of resected specimen was renal cell carcinoma.
