14年前に右腎細胞癌に対して手術を受けた既往をもつ75歳男性が，右背部の有痛性皮下腫瘤を主訴に受診した。切除手術を行ったところ，腎細胞癌の再発であることが判明した。本患者での再発は，腫瘍細胞の創部への播種が原因であると思われた。
A 75 year-old man who had received right nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma 14 years ago consulted to our hospital complaining of a painfull subcutaneous nodule of right flank region. Resected specimen showed recurrence of renal cell carcinoma. The cause of recurrence of this patient seemed implantation of cancer cell in the wound.
