腹腔鏡下に摘除した副腎神経節神経腫

A case of adrenal ganglioneuroma treated by laparoscopic surgery

　症例は40歳，男性。入間ドックで腹部超音波検査上，右副腎腫瘍を指摘され当院紹介受診。内分泌非活性型右副腎腫瘍の診断で，腹腔鏡下右副腎摘除術を施行。病理組織学的に，神経節神経腫と診断された。副腎神経節神経腫は副腎偶発腫瘍として小さな腫瘍径で発見される傾向にある。これらの腫瘍に対しては低侵襲である腹腔鏡手術の適応を検討すべきであると思われた。

A 40-year-old man was referred to our hospital with adrenal mass detected by ultrasonography. Under the diagnosis of non-functional adrenal tumor, laparoscopic adrenalectomy was performed. The histopathological diagnosis was a ganglioneuroma. Adrenal ganglioneu-roma has a tendency to be found small-sized adrenal incidentaloma. Surgical treatment should be minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery.
