51歳，男性が右陰嚢内容の無痛性腫大を主訴に受診した。超音波検査およびCTにて右精巣内に2個の嚢胞状腫瘤を認めた。精巣摘除術を施行したところ精巣白膜嚢胞の病理診断であった。
A 51-year-old man presented with the complaint of painless right intrascrotal mass. Ultrasonography and CT revealed two cystic mass in right scrotum. High orchiectomy was done. Pathological diagnosis of resected specimen was cyst of the tunica albuginea tes-tis.
