症例は53歳，女性。主訴は右側腹部痛。31×26mmの腎血管筋脂肪腫に対してマイクロ波組織凝固装置を用いた後腹膜腔鏡下腫瘍核出術を施行した。術後尿溢流などの合併症はなく，経過良好である。後腹膜鏡下手術においては，腎杯との距離が十分にある突出型の腎血管筋脂肪腫であれば安全かつ容易に核出術が可能であると考えられた。
A 53-year-old female with angiomyolipoma localized in the right kidney underwent a retoperitoneoscopic enucleation using a microwave tissue coagulator. The weight of the tumor was 4g. Pathological evaluation revealed a typical angiomyolipoma. The postoperative course was uneventful. Retroperitoneoscopic enucleation appears to be a safe and effective technique for the treatment of renal angiomyolipoma in selected cases.
