腹圧性尿失禁を主訴に発見された陰唇癒着症

A case of labial fusion with stress incontinence

　症例は63歳，女性。腹圧性尿失禁，排尿困難を主訴に当科を受診した。視診にて陰唇癒着症と診断し，腰椎麻酔下で癒着剝離術を施行した。陰唇癒着症の症状として尿失禁は稀である。

A 63-year-old postmenopausal woman who presented with complaints of stress incontinence and difficult urination was diagnosed to have complete labial fusion. A surgical separation of the fusion was performed. Urinary incontinence is rarely described in the literature as the symptom of labial fusion.
