　患者は67歳，女性。左腎血管筋脂肪腫の1例を報告する。CT-scanで偶然に左腎腫瘤を指摘された。CTでは左腎に大きさ約1cmの内部に低吸収域を含む腫瘤像を認めた。MRIではT1強調像で高信号，T2強調像でやや高信号の領域を含む腫瘤像を認めた。左腎エコーでは高エコーであった。腎細胞癌か，血管筋脂肪腫かの鑑別診断のために脂肪抑制MRIを施行したところ，腫瘍内に脂肪組織の存在が示唆され，腫瘍は腎血管筋脂肪腫と診断された。

A 67-year-old male was incidentaly found to have left renal tumor by Computerized Tomographic (CT) study. CT-scan revealed left renal tumor containing low density area, about 1cm in size. Magnetic resonance image (MRI) revealed renal tumor containing high intensity area on T1-weighted MRI and slightly high intensity on T2-weighted MRI. Ultrasonographic study of left kidney showed hyper echoic tumor. We performed fat-suppression MRI to dif ferentiate renal cell carcinoma from renal angiomyolipoma.Because fat-suppressed T1-weighted image suggested existence of fat tissue, we made a diagnosis of renal angio-myolipoma.
