69歳，女性。排尿困難を主訴に来院。大陰唇の癒着を認め，腰椎麻酔下に癒着剥離術を施行。術後，排尿困難は消失した。本症は成人での報告は少なく，本邦では27例目である。
A 69-year-old woman visited our hospital with the chief complaint of difficult urination. The patient had labial adhesion and underwent surgical repair of the labial adhesion under spinal anesthesia. Labial adhesion in adult women is rare and this is 26th report in Japan.
