閉経後にみられた陰唇癒着症

A case of labial adhesions presenting in postmenopausal woman

　症例は71歳，女性。主訴は苒延性排尿。患者は1経妊・1経産で50歳時に閉経したが，非性交期間は30年間に及んだ。視診にて陰唇癒着症の診断に至り，局所麻酔下に癒着剝離術を施行した。術後，排尿状態は著明な改善を認め，現在まで再発を認めていない。陰唇癒着症は稀ではあるもののQOLに多大な影響を与える疾患であり，高齢女性の排尿障害における鑑別診断の1つとして重要であると考えられた。

　We reported a case of labial adhesions in a 71-year-old postmenopausal woman. She presented with difficulty in urination. On examination, the labia were fused at the midline, with a pinhole opening. Urine was dribbling through the small hole. We diagnosed it as labial adhesions and dissected adhesions surgically under local anesthesia. Voiding was completely improved after the operation. There remains no recurrence and good urination.（Rinsho Hinyokika 61：839-841, 2007）
