排尿時痛を主訴とした高齢女性の大陰唇癒着症

LABIAL ADHESION IN AGED FEMALE:A CASE REPORT

　76歳女性。排尿時痛を主訴として来院。大陰唇の癒着を認めたが，癒着は用手的に剥離できた。初期のステロイド含有軟膏塗布と，以後の局所の清潔に努めることにより，8か月後現在再発を認めていない。本症は乳幼児期によくみられるが，成人での報告は少なく，本邦では18例目である。

Labial adhesion is not uncommon in children, but is rare in aged women. We report the 18th adult case of labial adhesion in Japan. A 76-year-old Japanese female presented with miction pain. Her major labia were completely adherent except a tiny hole on the center. The manual separation was successful in dividing the labia and the patient has been free of recurrence for 8 months without any medication.
