小陰唇癒着症の2例

TWO CASES OF ADHESIONS OF THE LABIA MINORA

　症例1は8歳，女児。主訴は尿線の散乱で，小陰唇の癒着が認められた。5日間のエストロゲン軟膏塗布により小陰唇の離開が認められた。症例2は6歳，女児で，反復性尿路感染を主訴として受診した。小陰唇の癒着が認められ，全身麻酔下に癒着部を切離した。手術後，創部は瘢痕を残さず治癒した。排尿異常，特に尿路感染を繰り返す女児では，本疾患の有無について調べる必要があると思われる。

We herein report two cases of labial adhesion in children. Case 1 : An eight years old girl was seen in our clinic complaining of scattered urine stream. On examination, partial adhesion of the labia was identified which was successfully treated with 5 days topical application of estrogen cream. Case 2 : A six years old girl with a complaint of recurrent cystitis presented and her external genitalia revealed adhesion of the labia minora leaving only a tiny opening. Treatment consisted of separating the labia minora by operative incision. Recurrence of labial adhesion was not observed in both cases after the treatment.
