陰唇癒着症の1例

A case of labial adhesion

　症例は68歳，女性。排尿困難を主訴に当科を受診した。外診にて陰唇は正中で癒着しておりpinhole様の小孔を1か所に認めるのみで，陰唇癒着症と診断した。腰椎麻酔下に陰唇剥離術を施行した。現在，術後17か月であるが癒着の再発はなく，良好な排尿状態が継続している。陰唇癒着症は，女性排尿障害の原因として留意すべき疾患の一つと考えられる。

A 68-year-old woman was admitted with a chief com-plaint of difficulty on urination. On examination, the labia was extensively fused at the midline, with a pin-hole opening. We consistent to the diagnosis of labial adhesion. Blunt dissection was performed under the lumber anesthesia. Seventeen months after the opera-tion, there remains no recurrence and good urination. Labial adhesion is important in the differential diagnosis of female voiding dysfunction.
