尿失禁を主訴に発見された閉経後陰唇癒着症

A case of labial adhesion presenting with urinary incontinence in a postmenopausal woman

　尿失禁と排尿障害を主訴に，62歳の女性が当院を受診した。高度の陰唇癒着を認め，尿がピンホール状の穴より滴下していた。腰椎麻酔下にて鋭的切開を加え，癒着部を完全に剝離した。術後，尿失禁は消失し，排尿障害は改善した。女性の尿失禁および排尿障害の鑑別診断時には，陰唇癒着症も考慮すべきである。

　A 62-year-old woman presented with urinary incontinence and micturition disturbance. She had severe labial adhesion with a pinhole opening from which dribbling urine was observed. Sharp dissection under spinal anesthesia was performed. Urinary incontinence disappeared and micturition disturbance improved postoperatively. Labial adhesion should be included in the differential diagnosis of female urinary incontinence and/or micturition disturbance.（Rinsho Hinyokika 61：359-361, 2007）
