経動脈的塞栓術後に手術を施行した小児陰嚢内血管腫

Scrotal Hemangioma Treated Preoperatively with TAE:A Case Report

　11歳，男児。生下時より陰嚢に紅色斑を認めていたが，4歳時の左陰嚢水腫根治術後に増大したため当科を受診した。画像検査により血管腫と診断し，骨盤動脈造影を施行した。栄養動脈の両側内陰部動脈と左外陰部動脈に対してTAEを施行し，その7日後に摘出術を施行した。組織は海綿状血管腫であった。本症例ではTAEを併用することにより血管腫と周囲組織の境界が明瞭になり，摘出が容易になった。

A 11-year-old boy with a giant hemangioma in the scrotum was successfully treated by the resection of the tumor after transarterial embolization (TAE).The surgical margin became clear and the blood loss was minimized because of TAE. Therefore, TAE was useful for the preoperative treatment for scrotal hemangioma.
