陰茎疣贅状癌の1例

A CASE OF PENILE VERRUCOUS CARCINOMA

　52歳，男性。主訴は陰茎腫瘤。生検にて尖圭コンジローマの診断。腫瘤核出術を試みるも，尿道近傍まで浸潤があり，陰茎部分切除術を施行し，同時に腫脹した鼠径リンパ節の生検も行った。病理診断は陰茎疣贅状癌，リンパ節は反応性過形成であった。6か月の経過観察では，再発，転移の徴候はみられていない。

The patient, a 52-year-old man was admitted because of penile tumor. A biopsy showed condyloma acuminatum, therefore we performed an enuculation of the lesion. But because the tumor invaded near the pendulous urethra, partial penectomy was performed. Pathological diagnosis was penile verrucous carcinoma. The patient has been doing well for 6 months postoperatively with no evidence of recurrence. Penile verrucous carcinoma is a rare variant of squamous cell carcinoma which has been reported to have limited potential for metastatic disease. Recent literature emphasizes total surgical extirpation as the only effective treatment.
