8年の経過の後死亡した後腹膜平滑筋肉腫の1例

A CASE OF LEIOMYOSARCOMA ORIGINATING FROM RETROPERITONEAL SPACE WITH A LONG SURVIVAL TIME OF EIGHT YEARS

　56歳，女性。後腹膜平滑筋肉腫に対し，他院にて7年前と3年前に2回の手術歴を有し，全身化学療法と放射線療法を1回ずつ受けている。再発に際して当科を受診，局所再発および腹腔内進展を認め，約6か月後に腫瘍死した。

A 56-year-old female with a chief complaint of a giant mass in the epigastric and left abdominal area visited our hospital. She had a history of retroperitoneal tumor extirpation twice, seven and three years ago in another hospital and the histological diagnosis was leiomyosar-coma. The imaging diagnosis revealed that the tumor was far advanced, so that we gave her only symptomatic treatments and she expired six months later. We revi-ewed leiomyosarcoma originating from retroperitoneal space.
