陰茎癌と膀胱癌の重複癌の1例

A Case of Multiple Primary Malignant Tumor of Genitourinary Tract:Penile Cancer and Bladder Cancer

　症例は78歳，男性。1988年に陰茎癌にて陰茎切断術を施行された。1996年，CTにて膀胱腫瘍を認め，経尿道的切除術を行った。重複悪性腫瘍は近年増加しているが，日本病理学会剖検輯報（1990〜1994年）の集計では陰茎癌を含む重複悪性腫瘍は18例あり，陰茎癌と膀胱癌との組み合わせは1例のみであった。

The patient is a 78-year-old male with a history of partial penectomy because of penile cancer 8 years ago. During the evaluations for microscopic hematuria and dysuria, the bladder cancer was detected by CT and transurethral resec-tion was performed. There are many cases of multiple primary malignant tumor recently but association of penile cancer and bladder cancer is extremely rare.
