　44歳男性の陰茎に発生した腺様扁平上皮癌（以下，本腫瘍）を経験した。生来包茎で，包皮下の硬結を主訴として受診。包皮環状切除術で得られた標本に高分化の扁平上皮癌を認めたため，陰茎半切除術を追加した。追加切除で得られた陰茎標本には，高分化の扁平上皮癌と接して分化の劣る癌腫が存在し，癌胞巣内に著明な棘細胞融解や，一層の癌細胞による偽腺管構造を認め，本腫瘍と診断した。

　本腫瘍の陰茎での発生はきわめて稀で，筆者らが検索した限りでは，自験例は本邦2例目であった。

A rare case of adenoid squamous cell carcinoma occur-ring in the glans penis of a 44-year-old man was de-scribed. The patient was admitted with complaints of phimosis and induration under the prepuce. Because the pathologic examination of the removed prepuce showed squamous cell carcinoma in the surgical edge, partial amputation of the penis was added. Histologically, the tumor of the glans penis consisted of well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and adenoid squamous cell carcinoma.
