特異な経過をとった造影剤アレルギーの1例

Contrast Medium Allergy with Peculiar Progress

　症例は23歳の女性。反復する腎盂腎炎の原因精査のために施行したDIPで，造影剤投与20分後に呼吸困難が出現した。ステロイド投与により症状は消失したが，その後も同様の症状が3回あり，そのたびにステロイド投与により回復した。造影剤アレルギーとしては特異な経過と思われたので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告した。

The patient was a 23-year-old woman without known al-lergic history. DIP was performed using 50ml of iopamidol-300. 25minutes later, severe dyspnea and suffocation with hypotensive shock appeared. Methylpredonisorone was effective and the symptoms disappeared. But, in total progress, similar symptoms recurred 5 times.
