陰茎リンパ管腫の1例

PENILE LYMPHANGIOMA: REPORT OF A CASE

　12歳，男子．陰茎亀頭部出血を主訴に1988年6月21日外来を受診した．患者は9歳の時に陰茎亀頭部腫瘤に気づいていた．陰茎亀頭部先端に軽度の隆起があった．触診上柔らかで3×8mmの大きさであり，色調は暗赤色を呈していた．8月1日に陰茎腫瘤切除術を施行した．病理組織学的診断はリンパ管腫であった．自験例は日本における第21例目の報告例にあたる．

A 12-year-old boy came to our outpatient department on June 21, 1988 because of penile bleeding. He first noted a mass of penile glans at the age of 9 years. On physical examination, there was a slightly swollen mass at the tip of penile glans. It was 3×8 mm in size and palpated as a soft mass of dark-reddish color. The mass was completely resected without difficulties on August 1, 1988. Histopathological diagnosis was lymphangioma. To our knowledge, this is the twenty-first case reported in Japan.
