陰茎疣贅状癌の1例

A Case of Penile Verrucous Carcinoma

　57歳，男性。主訴は膿尿。真性包茎にて環状切除術を施行した。術中，包皮および亀頭に乳頭状腫瘍を認めた。迅速病理検査にて扁平上皮癌の診断を得たため，後日，陰茎部分切除術および両側リンパ節生検を施行した。病理診断は，陰茎疣贅状癌，リンパ節は反応性過形成であった。現在，再発，転移の兆候はみられていない。

The patient, a 57-year-old man visited our hospital becauseof the further examination of pyuria. As true phimosis was noted, circumcision was performed. At the operation, tumor was found on foreskin and glans penis. Pathological diagnosiswas penile squamous cell carcinoma. Partial penectomy and bilateral inguinal lymphnodal biopsy were done. Patho-logical diagnosis was penile verrucous carcinoma. Thepatient is doing well for 5 months post operatively with no evidence of recurrence.
