　47歳，男性に生じた局所浸潤傾向の強い陰茎疣贅状癌の1例を報告する。治療当初は他科にて尖形コンジロームの診断の下に部分切除などが行われていたが，再発を繰り返すため，当科に紹介された。MRI上，陰茎海綿体まで強く浸潤していた。陰茎温存を目的に，放射線治療として陰茎を中心に計50Gyを照射し，併用化学療法としてcisplatinを動注し，methotrexate,bleomycinは全身投与とした。現在，再発はなく経過観察中である。

A forty-seven-year old patient with verrucous carcinoma of the penile shaft was referred to our clinic after he received partial penectomy, but suffered from recurrent tumor on the same portion. At gross appearance, the tumor was located from glans to the base of the penile shaft, and was invasive to corpus cavernousum diagnosed by MRI. Con-sidering his strong wish to preserve penis, we adopted the combination therapy of intraarterial cisplatin and radiation (total dose: 50Gy) accompanied with systemic chemo-therapy (methotrexate, bleomycin). After the end of the treatment, he became CR based upon biopsied histology and MRI.
